    Here is one: I used Text, and I'm not sure if you'll like it. [Mostly I just wanted to have fun]

    And here's another, the original. No text. Take your pick.

    Both had to be cropped to the face to work. I can probably figure out something else if you don't like these. ;)
    And they're in proportion: 300x300. You can just put 100x100 for your avatar and they'll appear normal. :D The annoying text at the bottom also won't be such a problem when it's small.
